Our innovation hub in Duisburg
Our innovation hub in Duisburg is centrally located close to the main railway station and has excellent transport connections. Here, around 30 umdasch experts take care of our customers' needs – from shopfitting and implementation planning to digital signage, content creation and shop equipment.
The home of the Construction Unit
Our Store Makers are based in Osnabrück, Duisburg, Neidenstein and Berlin. Our site managers are most comfortable directly on the construction site and our sales and project managers are spread across Germany. Regardless of the location, whether directly on the construction site or remote – we are a team and our hearts beat for our construction projects. As a general contractor, we keep all the trades involved in high-quality interior construction in step. Our experienced general contracting professionals coordinate projects from the preliminary clarification phase to holistic project planning and implementation. This includes electrical installations, heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology, painting, flooring, drywall construction and lighting.

Our shop consultants have one goal: to create a distinctive store concept for our customers and to design creative, appealing stores. Hand in hand, the project is then handed over to our shopfitting professionals. Whether it is our project managers or project engineers, they always have one thing in mind: the finished store. In project management, we ensure the optimal coordination of all project activities and always keep an overview of the entire project.
