Real estate valuation using the example Bonava in Neu-Isenburg
At Bonava, the first step was to assess the property. Since the new Bonava headquarters was integrated into an old cinema, there was a requirement to intervene as little as possible in the building fabric and to retain the character of the premises.
For the spatial planning of the think thanks that were created there, various feasibility analyses had to be carried out in advance and the statics and structural load of the entire headquarters had to be ensured.
