In the interior construction phase, umdasch commissions and coordinates the execution of all interior construction trades, such as electrical installations, lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology, drywall construction and shop fitting, including the installation of digital solutions. If desired, the individual trades can also be handled directly by umdasch The Store Makers.
Interior construction using the example of the Foudcourt in the Gropius Passagen Berlin
The general contracting professionals from umdasch were responsible for the entire conversion of the food court in the Berlin centre. Drywall, screed, waterproofing, tiling, masonry and plastering, metal construction and locksmith work were all handled by the Store Makers. The coordination of all plumbing, heating, ventilation, refrigeration and fire extinguishing technology also fell within the remit of umdasch's general contracting project managers.
