At umdasch we take care of the clarification of escape route planning and accessibility, the preparation of possible facade technology and advertising installations, the preparation of building applications and descriptions, static clarifications and the provision of technical evidence as well as the complete preparation of approval planning.
Approval procedure using the example of Vorwerk London
For the new Vorwerk store, the umdasch GC team faced one major challenge above all - the tight time constraints. In only six weeks all building applications and planning documents had to be checked and approved by the most different parties and the entire store had to be implemented.
For Vorwerk, this meant that not only did umdasch's general contracting come into play. The Store Makers also contributed their expertise in design, concept, lighting, shopfitting and digital retail.
