In times of internet banking with new players, the qualities which characterise successful retailers in bricks-and-mortar stores also apply to banks: the willingness to question one’s own presentation, and to constantly continue to develop further. A banking institution like the Czech savings bank that is almost 200 years old understands how important it is to focus on what is coming, and not simply to bank on tradition. To date, these include more than 100 branches with approximately 30,000 square metres of additional floor area.
