The shop offers a selected product range with a digitally supported sales advisory concept. The concept developed by umdasch The Store Makers creates an urban ambience with clinker brick walls, black metal frames and concrete and wooden elements. Digital and stationary are combined to form a sophisticated omnichannel concept – customers in the furniture store encounter numerous digital touchpoints such as planning tables and screens in addition to a selfie box. Inspirational frames in Hardeck's typical yellow, which offer furnishing ideas in the form of special stagings, guarantee a stationary experience on the floor.
