umdasch realises first monobrand store for Liebherr
On August 20, Liebherr will open its first monobrand store worldwide in the ICON Tower in Vienna, where the entire world of Liebherr cooling units will be presented on 170 square meters. umdasch The Store Makers was responsible for the emotional store design, consisting of numerous integrative digital solutions as well as the store fitting.
The Liebherr World of Experience
In the new Liebherr Monobrand Store, the customer discovers Liebherr's entire product range on the sales floor - clearly structured into different assortment areas. In the individual theme worlds, customers can use digital signage screens to find out more about Liebherr products. For example, short films on the individualization of the equipment, on the technical background and on the optimal storage of food. In addition, electronic price labelling (ESL) and the umdasch xShelf Suite behind it were used for the Liebherr Monobrand Store. In addition to the central display of all price tags, this enables the daily updated display of promotional products on the digital signage screens. Robert Ortner, Head of Business Area Austria & Southeastern Europe, is enthusiastic: "We want people here to simply feel good and be inspired."
According to Ortner, the Monobrand store is designed very carefully: "The interplay of unusual shapes, warm colors and traditional materials creates a homely and at the same time modern atmosphere. Responsible for the design is Julia Mitteregger, Lifestyle Shop Consult Director at umdasch in Amstetten. According to Mitteregger, there was a clear vision for the design: "We wanted to make the Liebherr brand easy to reach for all customers. All the important cornerstones of the Liebherr brand should be reflected in the design: "On the one hand, the demand for quality, innovation and product design - and at the same time a sense of tradition and family," describes Julia Mitteregger. While the stone and tile elements stand for reliability and durability, the oak wood look creates a warm and homely atmosphere. The feel-good character is underlined by the color scheme using soft natural tones. Clear accents are set by the corporate identity colors of Liebherr.
In the new Liebherr Store, the focus is on communication and encounters. "The large oak table is the perfect place for consultation meetings - and at events it also invites you to eat & drink and chat. The competent sales advisors offer the consumer every opportunity to get to his or her desired appliance," explains Robert Ortner. At events, the show kitchen can also be used, and a café area offers further space for enjoyment. Both the number of visitors and the length of stay in selected zones are recorded by umdasch using smart people counting and gender recognition. Together with the holistic xShelf Suite, which supports sales with collected information, assortments can be continuously optimized, promotional products can be advertised more specifically and the customer journey can be made more attractive.
